Putting People First

Assisted Living and Memory Care Management with a Difference

A&A Senior Living Management specializes in managing communities that are struggling to meet revenue goals and/or compliance issues with the State or the Labor Dept.

We are focused on high levels of care, especially in standalone memory care communities. In addition to driving revenue (including contracting with large health care organizations like Kaiser and Sutter), we also control expenses so owners receive the highest ROI.
A&A also has taken over communities for small operators that would like to sell within two – five years. Analyzing and improving all aspects of the community, we are able to turn the communities around so the owners can get the best price for their investment.
We are very hands on with day-to-day operations and have a great proven record of accomplishment.

Betty Dominici

Betty Dominici

Founder / CEO

Two decades ago Betty Dominici found herself providing care as a nurse in a skilled nursing community, when she came to the realization that there is a need to provide a better quality of life for residents. Beginning that day she made a vow to provide the best quality of care for residents, especially those that are diagnosed with memory loss. Throughout her 20 years in elder care leadership roles, Betty’s passion to improve residents quality of life has been unwavering. She is a thought-leader in improving operational efficiencies, risk mitigation, and resident/family engagement.

Betty’s success as CEO and COO has been demonstrated by her tenacity in growing and managing an asset portfolio of $250 million, resulting in industry-leading return on investment for both owners and investors. Betty’s ideology is that a successful community begins with a staff that feels empowered to provide the best resident care possible.
